Milton Architects has developed a standard secondary dwelling unit (granny flat), tested across three different sites in Victoria, Australia. The design is flexible and can be adapted to suit a range of purposes while remaining fully compliant with the building code, allowing for streamlined delivery within the state. We see this dwelling as a product-based solution in response to the national housing crisis and continue to evolve it to meet the diverse needs of those seeking a secondary residence.
